How do I prepare OTYS™ Wellness Pap?

Mix 2–3 tablespoons of pap with an equal amount of cold water to form a smooth paste. Slowly add boiling water while stirring continuously until thick. Enjoy with milk, dates, honey, fruit, or your favorite toppings.

Are your products made in the USA?

Yes. OTYS™ products are produced in a licensed commercial kitchen in Wisconsin, USA.

Do you ship across the United States?

How should I store my products?

Store unopened dry products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the pouch tightly and keep it in a cool, dry location.

Frozen products should be kept frozen until ready to use.
